RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

Return Authorization

To initiate a return, you must contact us at contact.tiny.bits@use.startmail.com to request return authorization.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Return Window

We offer a 60-day return window for orders shipped within the United States.

The return period begins on the date the order is marked as delivered by the carrier’s tracking system.


Important Notice About Baby & Hygiene-Sensitive Products

For hygiene, health, and safety reasons, products intended for infant feeding or personal care are subject to strict return conditions.

Once a product has been opened, used, assembled, or placed in contact with a baby, it cannot be returned or refunded, even if it is still within the 60-day return window.

This policy exists because used baby products cannot be resold or redistributed under safe and hygienic conditions, and doing so could pose a risk to other infants.


Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and untampered

  • The item must be in original, sealed packaging

  • All original accessories and components must be included

  • Proof of purchase is required

Items showing any signs of use, missing parts, altered packaging, or damage caused by improper handling will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Products that have been opened, used, assembled, or tested

  • Items that have been in contact with a baby’s mouth or body

  • Items damaged due to misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Items returned without original packaging or accessories

  • Gift cards (if applicable)


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery, providing clear photo or video evidence.

Items that show signs of prior use, misuse, or improper handling may not qualify for a refund or replacement.

Approved claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Warranty (Manufacturing Defects Only)

All TinyBits products are covered by a 60-day limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers manufacturing defects only and does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or failure to follow instructions

  • Damage caused by unauthorized modifications

Verified warranty claims may result in a replacement or refund, at our discretion.


Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer when a return is requested due to a change of mind, ordering error, or no longer wanting the product.

TinyBits will cover return or replacement shipping costs only in cases of verified manufacturing defects, items damaged in transit, or incorrect items sent by us.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges.

Approved returns will be refunded in accordance with this policy.


Review & Response Time

All return requests are reviewed manually.

Our support team typically responds within 12–72 hours.

Providing complete and accurate information helps us process your request faster.


Chargebacks & Disputes

If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us first so we can assist you.

Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated without prior contact may be reviewed and formally challenged, where appropriate, using order records, tracking data, and this policy.
