Product Use & Safety Notice
Our products are feeding accessories intended for adult-supervised use only. They do not replace parental care, attention, or supervision.
The term “hands-free” refers only to reduced hand involvement during feeding and does not imply unattended use. Babies must be supervised at all times while using any product sold by TinyBits.
Products must be assembled, cleaned, and used strictly in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided.
Failure to follow instructions or warnings may void any eligibility for refunds, replacements, or warranty claims.

SECTION 3 — ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order, in whole or in part, for any reason at our sole discretion.
An order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and your payment has been received and processed. Please review your order carefully before placing it. Once an order has been accepted, we may be unable to cancel or modify it.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, labor disruptions, or events outside our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the order is handed over to the carrier.
If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but you claim it was not received, you must contact the carrier and us promptly to initiate an investigation. Additional information may be required to support any claim.

We may provide access to third-party tools. These tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsement. We are not liable for issues arising from your use of third-party tools.
